Katie began performing stand-up, sketch, and improv comedy in 2014. She has since toured the country with her show "Naughty Bits" and been included in the lineups of the country's most prestigious festivals, including most recently San Francisco Sketch Fest. Nominated for "Best Comedy Director" by Austin's B. Iden Payne theater council, Katie's opened for personal heroes like Maria Bamford and Nikki Glaser and performed in over a thousand local showcases in the past 6 years. She's served as creative director on projects ranging in content from sex and dating to queer culture to news satire.
The Austin American Statesman described her two-woman comedic play about the Men's Rights Movement, "Menenists, as "charming and effective." The Austin Chronicle recently described her as an "unstoppable" force shaping the comedy scene.
